Four weeks of suspense, hope and joy have brought us a terrific soccer summer. In the final round of the EURO 2016, surprise winner Portugal prevailed against the host of the tournament, France, with a 1:0 win.  

The final whistle also marked the end of our EURO 2016 betting game, and the winners have now been determined. The following participants made it to the winner's podium:  Bastian Hoeping (Schmitz Cargobull AG), Jörg Nießen (Stahlbau Nießen GmbH), as well as Harald Hammerschmidt (Lenneper GmbH & Co. KG) and Steve Strebe (Hydraulikpoint DAM GmbH), who share the 3rd place.
