Chère Mesdames et messieurs,

Nobody less than US president Barack Obama opened this year's Hannover Messe, where we were presenting the highlights of our software solutions HiCAD and HELiOS. Active support was provided by our ERP partners OXAION and BEOSYS. Our next stop is the INTERTOOL in Vienna - you can visit us at the fair from 10 - 13 May 2016.

Our new Helpdesk and Ticket system is nearly completed. What this means for you and what else you can expect will be explained in detail in this issue of our Newsletter.

And please also remember that the European Football Championship in France is approaching, with many thrilling duels guaranteed. You are invited to participate in our betting game, predict the right results and win attractive prizes!

ISD introduces New Helpdesk and Ticket System

In the next weeks the ISD Group will introduce a new Helpdesk and Ticket system. The goal is to improve the service quality for our customers, to handle support requests faster and in a more flexible and transparent manner.

At the same time, we will build a new "Knowledge Base", and our upload and download area will also have a redesign.
