So, it is not surprising that our company anniversary will be celebrated under the motto "Delivering Experience“, putting emphasis on the expertise, competence and know-how of the ISD. The latest issue of our Newsletter provides you with a retrospective of our success story.

ISD Software and Systeme GmbH: Four decades of success

The success story of the ISD Software und Systeme GmbH began in 1977 with its foundation by Günter Flassig and Ernst-Otto Georg. Under the name of “Ingenieursgesellschaft für Statik und Dynamik im Anlagen- und Maschinenbau“ (“Engineering Company for Statics and Dynamics in Plant and Machine Construction”) the ISD first made its mark as an engineering company in the field of plant construction with particular focus on nuclear technology. As early as in the eighties, however, the focus was shifted to the development of CAD and, somewhat later, also PDM software.

HiCAD 2017 - Service Pack 1 has been released

		40 years of experience, competence and know-how have been put into Service Pack 1 of HiCAD 2017. The highlights of the new release include the parameterized, reusable spirals, the new dialogue for base sheet creation, the possibility to define company-specific allowance methods, and much more. Furthermore, the new "Element Installation" module allows a convenient placing of customized tray panels and other elements onto facades via an installation grid.

New HiCAD ShortClips online

On our YouTube channel you can find our new ShortClips about HiCAD 2017 Service Pack 1. The videos inform about the topics of element installation, Sheet Metal parts with identical cross-sections, creation of spirals and mounting drawings.
